I am 22, about to be 23 yrs old.
I weigh 216lbs, am 6ft 2in, with 15% bodyfat (alot i know)
My eventual goal for the end of the year would be to be up to about 225-230 with a bit less bodyfat.
I am looking to do my 3rd cycle, first one was just test e and dbol. Second was test and deca, and I'm looking for ideas for my third cycle, based on my goals.
I didnt really react great to deca, didnt gain that much, and put on some significant bodyfat, while eating cleanly, so i'm looking for something to either stack test with or something new in general.
I think with a good cycle I can really make it from average to somewhat a serious lifter look.
I hope i dont get sarcastic responses or people saying i'm asking dumb questions, i'm just looking for any help i can get, and would appreciate responses that are as thorough as can be.
