    From skinny to not so skinny

    Just finished my var cycle (only ran it for 30 days so it really didn't do much as far as size just good strength increases)

    Anyway, here's me before training and after - wearing the same shirt for comparison.



    Going to start my test e (maybe test c not sure) cycle in april.

    Hoping to put on a solid 15-20.

    ALL THE SIZE I GAINED WAS DONE NATURALLY.

    I tried anavar for 30 days and got really bad back pumps and stopped. I DID NOT GAIN ANY SIZE THAT YOU SEE IN THOSE PICTURES DUE TO ANAVAR.

    thanks steroids!! you have to take cycles to get to that size? not that you dont look better but CMON MAN! you went from anorexic to skinny, you seriously didnt need juice to do that

    You may be a little retarded, actually I'm quite sure of it.

    I did not gain ANY size from the anavar, (actually I gained 3lbs) - I only had some good strength increases as I only ran it for 30 days.

    The 30lbs I put on was done all natural.

    BTW You look like a fat mess in your avatar, nice puffy nipples or possible gyno.

    that fat mess can rep 225 for 20 reps at 204 pounds and 16% bodyfat (calipered by two seperate people) and yes thats gyno from puberty :[..but really there is no defense for your situation, gear was not needed and still isn't

    This kind of behavior makes it quite clear that you are not mature enough to cycle anything!! Take you attitude somewhere else!

    I just think it's funny, an over weight person, who has done steroids when they were over weight, and is STILL over weight has something to say. I also think it's funny when people who look like they stuff their face with pasta all day attempt to give advice.

    Vaders - not sure what all the hate is about, I think you made great gains regardless of how it was done. It may be because i'm a fat muscleless fu(k, but i'd be happy if I had your results.

    I'm actually about to pick up some var myself and would be intersted in hearing about details of your cycle.

    It didn't do anything as far as adding size, granted I only ran it for 30 days due to horrible back pumps. Your strength will go up around the 11-15 day mark.

    If you are over weight then trying getting your diet in check. Anavar isn't a 'cutting' steroid like people think it is. Diet is the key.

    I gained 30lbs from diet alone!

    What were your dosages throughout the 30 days?

    I guess i'm not overweight at this point; calling myself a fat fu(k was a bit harsh. I'm at the point where I need to lose that last 10lbs. of bodyfat, particularly the mid-section (I lost roughly 70lbs over the past 14 months).

    At this point I feel I do have my diet in check, it's all a matter of patience for me now. I was planning on running a var cycle in a few months, at which point I also intend to start a very clean bulk.

    I realize Var isn't going to do much, but i've never taken AAS and would like to start with something very mild like Var. On another note - while you were running your Var cycle, what were your approx. daily calories? Were you cutting or bulking at the time?

    Dose was 60mg ED. I was getting about 3500 calories a day and roughly 300g of protein.

    I was going to attempt to use the var to bulk, right when I felt like I was really about to start making gains I got really bad back pumps (which at the time I mistook for kidney pain) and stopped the var.

    I'm now going clomid PCT 50/50 and so far I feel good.

    Nice, 3500 is about where I need to be to bulk. Hopefully i'll be ready to start in a few months (yes, bulking during the summer - I don't give a $hit!).

    Forgive my ignorance, but what are back pumps?

    One thing I don't get is when people say they made strength gains but no size gains on a AAS - in my mind, getting stronger = pushing more weight = bigger muscle. So couldn't it be said that any AAS, even Var can help with size gains, albeit indirectly?

    Once you are around here a bit longer you wil notice there are quite a few natural guys on these boards. There are several forums that have nothing to do with AAS usage, this being one of them.

    Absolutely right, I dont do any gear but I am an avid lifter. AAS is just a part of bodybuilding. Learnt everything I know about diet on this board. Just wish I had discovered it sooner...

    lol at 18 1/2 inches it must have been unbearable for you to have arm size like that

    why do u keep emphasizing tha u gained 30lbs naturally? ive gained 110lbs since i was 18 naturally. i was 150 at 6'5" so what, u need to stop smashing on folks and just accept the comments, good or bad. we are all big boys so take critisism like a man an relax.On here it doesnt matter what u gained on cycle or naturally as long as ur coo wit it.ya dig?

    I hear ya bro, damn 6'5 150? I thought I had a tough road, good shit man.

    I keep putting emphasis on that I gained 30lbs naturally because this is a steroid forum and people assume, and I worked very hard to do so.

    My normal (adult) size is 155-160lbs. If I do not stuff my face with food I will be this size, these are my genetics.

    My goal weight is 200-205. I'm currently having problems breaking past 185, If I eat more, I just gain fat (I've been 190 but I had no abs). So I guess I'll have to keep lifting and see where it gets me, or run a cycle, or both!

    certain anabolics increase overall mass very little thus are used by athletes trying to make a weight class. halotestin is very good for promoting strength...and anger.lol

    That shirt was old as hell to begin with, Yes I keep shirts for more than 2 years? I have shirts that are 5 years old, it's a tshirt man.

    You know cotton stops shrinking after a few washes - and this might be a shock to you because your mother probably still does your laundry, but if you don't dry your clothes on the highest heat, they wont shrink.

    Not to mention 90% of shirts are "preshrunk" cotton.

    What shelf life do your clothes have? I usually don't lose/rip/destroy my clothes after 2 years.

    i dont expect you to when they are in shrink wrap for two years.

    1 year. styles fade. buy new clothes. donate old worthy clothes. toss the rest.

    I should have said there is no way you will be ready to do a cycle in april. You have only been training for two years. You do not have a good enough base to work with. I think most people would agree you are not ready to start using aas.

    This thread is getting ridiculous with all the insults - some people worry about keeping up with style and trends and therefore throw clothes out (or donate, whatever) after a year, others don't - who gives a $hit?

    You made a big improvement from the before and after pictures "naturally". Gaining size takes a long time. It has taken me 5 years to bring my arms from 18-1/2" to 20". And I admit, it was AAS along with very hard training and proper diet that brought them up from 18-1/2"

    Can you give me an idea of what your workout looks like? Are you training in a gym or at home? Have a training partner?
