dosage for cycle plz

Hi guys
For my next cycle, i have decided to do a cycle of test e and deca after previusly doing a 6week course of sus and deca.
What i was wondering is just the ideal length to run the cycle and the best dosage for me to use.

6 foot
175 pounds

A 6 week cycle of sust/deca is pointless.

What was your starting weight before that "cycle"?

ye i realise that now. didnt really plan it or take note of my weight before the cycle. stupid i know. i did put on gains but nothing that substantial.

if your at decent age, 10-12 weeks test 500mg of test/week. 250mg twice a week

Is that the same for deca aswell

I think you'd well with a simple test cycle, although I'd advise you to head to the diet forum before starting that cycle.

What do you have planned for pct?

Was guna use clomid. but to be honest not sure if nolva wud be best or even both?
I have done a lot of research on the diet section tho.

not perfect but will be very strict wen doing the cycle.

do u think i would get good benifits from adding the deca to cycle then? was guna run the test for 12 weeks and the deca for 10.
