Im new at this so bear with me if i sound stupid. I 32 years old 5' 7" and 195 lb. I want to bulk up and lose the fat that i got. I need some help doing this process cause there is so much stuff out there. dont want to get the wrong stuff. and mess myself up. Also was wanting to know if the stuff on this site is for real? if anyone could help i would be very thankful.. thanks

and still be fat.. we gotta determine your stats and other important factors.. u don't have to overtrain to lose fat and build muscle... I will see you on the diet forums
