hi all
im 28 5 foot ll & BF% is about 15% and im 12 stone 3 , my diet is ok but not the best.
i have 6 meals per day and try to have 300g protein every day
i will ony eat carbs upto 3pm then protein stuff after that.
Diet
BF- oats mixed with whey protien + bannana
snack- protein bar + GABA
then gym
lunch- chicken breast with loads of veg + mash
snack- x2 tins of tuna + apple
Tea- any lean meat + veg + whey protein shake
snack- whey protein shake + GABA
bed
can anyone help me get a better one ?
