    You ever wondered how a woman on 20mg of anavar gets better gains than a male on 1000mg of testosterona propionate?

    These data suggest that a single bout or multiple bouts of maximal EE or CE may not significantly alter myostatin or follistatin mRNA gene expression in young women. However, MyoD mRNA expression seems to increase only after EE.

    Anyone seen data on males and myostatin?

    No i havent because ive never seen it or heard of a woman on 20mgs var getting better gains than a man on 1000mgs Test P, have you?

    ^Long term it seams women make gains on min dosages. In males about the 8-10 week of the cycle you plateau.

    My own observation is that dosage for dosage if its the same exact chemical the woman does better with respect to muscle gain over a male.

    I really dont think you can compare 20mgs var vs 1000mgs Test P no matter who its on IMHO.

    Even if your talking about the exact same dose i still dont think you could compare the two, woman can't use the same amount but ive never seen any woman put on the lbs like a man does from a cycle, even the hard core woman.

    You must know some huge woman

    ^ All the women I met that cycled like a man became huge and lean. I have only met 10-15 in the last 20 years that did cycle like a man.

    I agree 20mg of var compared to 1000mg TP is a bad example.

    Initial weight gain I also agree with. Men initially gain more in the short run.

    But if myostatin in a woman´s biology plays a lesser role that would mean that long terms women make better gains.

    What has your observations of women cycling been, short term and long term.

    I have adviced only a handful of woman on AAS use (amature level) so my knowledge is not that intense but ive been around a few in my time and even though they do get ripped to the bone and put on quality muscle ive never seen any woman compare to a mans gains from a cycle.

    I do think woman get in superb condition but actual building tissue like a man, no.

    ^ That was another issue I was thinking about.

    I am sure you seen on thread were males express than in the 12th week (or what have you) there was no real gains but they felt harder and stronger.

    In women I also have noticed that LBM increases at a high rate. They do get ripped to the bone as you expressed.

    I most certainly think that women have a different genetic disposition in the same exact muscle groups than men.

    If there is a genetic variation for muscle gain and response then reponse of MyoD messenger,Myostatin,and follistatin would be mitigating factors.
