Fake primo

Hey guys,
I got some primo from a very trusting source. I've been doing a lot of reasearch on the web looking at pics of fakes and reals, and am so confused. How can I tell if my primo is real?I have the Schering ones.
I have no idea what language its in. Says Deutschalnd. the lot number is 83043-940 exp. 03.2007
The amps are clear with green writing and a blue dot.
If anybody know anything about these. Please let me know

Deutschalnd means Germany, I don't know if they still make the clear with green writting any more.

I dont have a digital to post, but I've seen pics of it all over the net. I hear so many things about it. Whether you can scratch the label off or not. blue dots. Still not sure though. I hope theyre real. I;ve never gotten anything bad from him so far.
