Home made Hummus
1/2 cup mashed chick peas
1tbsp olive oil
2tsp garlic small chunks
lemon juice(I keep adding this untill taste becomes perfect)
Mix all together by hand
or
blend it for that smooth puree
6g pro/ 15g fat/ 240 cal/ 20g carbs
Then enjoy with ur favorite protein
You can always add stuff to it like i do on occasion like Tabasco or Cayenne pepper to spice it up...
