    Lower back pump and spasm help?

    Tried to get help in supps. but its pretty wierd over there.Anybody get extreme lower back pumps and or spasms?And what can I take for it?

    ive used all and to be honest they didnt do much. is this bcos your using an oral at the mo?

    Honestly, the only way I've beat it is to scale down dosages until it subsides...It's awful and inconvenient, but it will work.

    What compound is causing it (in your best opinion or guess)?
