    im gaining to much weight

    right now i am 6'0 268lbs 17%bf
    3 or 4 short 8 week cycles under belt

    my goal was to maintain weight and increase strenght alot with it has and still rising.
    right now im on wk 5 and have gained 11lbs..

    i've been on
    test prop 100 ed
    anavar 80 ed
    hgh 4 iu ed
    ghrp-2 280mcg ed

    t3 80mcg
    albuterol 6 mgs 3 times ed
    keto 3mgs ed

    arimdex .5 ed
    nolva 10mgs ed

    was wondering if i should lower the prop and highten the t3 if this whould get my weight back down abou t8 pounds..

    i also believe i have some estrogen probs right now so i started the a dex and nova..

    im in week 6 of a test only cycle and im up 9-10lbs eating at or just under tdee---super clean too---and on adex since week 2

    some guys dont realize you will still retain water even with taking arimidex.

    i would just lower my calories and hit up more cardio

    so, your taking alot of ananbolics...to gain weight, and your taking alot of weightloss drugs....sometimes simple is better, a simple test cycle, and smarter eating, but if you want to change something drop the GHRP, that stuff made me as hungry as hell....at leat drop the dosage to about 100-120mcg/day

    Hey man i had the same problem as you! we have similar stats (6'2 265 16%) started cycle at 270 jumped up to 288 in 2 weeks on simple test 500, i can honestly say ckd dieting is best out of trying all them, two days no carb all pro/fat then one day carb/pro, repeat i dont even count calories anymore amd it still works well, 1hr low intensity cardio too, which can be even harder then the diet but it works, good luck man

    Ya I would deffinately say its a calorie/cardio problem. The test increases your metabolism so much that the water retention shouldnt make that big of a difference cus you'll be burning fat so fast. Just lower your calories and it should help.

    Assuming you arent retaining water from the hgh. lower test, raise t3, and lower calories. I really wouldnt worry about gaining too much tho, even if you are in a weight class restriction, weight will drop post cycle and you can always diet down

    hey thanks i appreciate. i completely changed my dosing of my cycle...
    check it out

    120mcg T3 (divided up twice through out the day)
    18 mg ed Albuterol (divided up 3 times a day)
    2g of keto before bed
    100mg test p EOD
    200 mcgs GHRP divided up every 4hrs
    4 iu HGH 15 mins after hgh shot.

    so all in all ive bumped up the T3 dose, droped my test dose by 350mgs a week, droped ghrp dose by 100mcg, and completly eliminated the anavar...


    it is really improtant that i maintain strenght while shedding these pounds, so anavar will be added in if needed..

    cant be bro... im doing cardio twice a day, weight and hiit trainnig in the morning speed trainning in the evening..appreciate the thoughts though

    lol nah this type of are gear known to help maintaing weight while adding strenght. witch was my goal and shedd body fat. and the properties of ghrp-2 and ghrp-6 are different, im sure you were on ghrp-6 though.

    lots of meals like this one, this is what ive eateann so far 2 day

    2 cups of milk
    1 cup oats
    2 wheat toast
    1 whole egg
    5whites
    2 scoops protien


    2 whole eggs
    3 whites
    2 splenda jelly toast


    1 whole egg
    4 wites 6oz shrimp
    2 servings of brown rice

    8oz chicken breast
    2 large yams...


    more to come....


    alright i aint gonna lie i did load up on some simple carbs post 2nd workout today..

    i mean yea i put on weight but i wasnt bad weight cause i maintained my waist size... sooo im not sure..
