    Quick question regarding clen & workout (Insanity)

    Hey guys..I have read up on clen so I think I have a pretty good idea of what is going and what to expect. I know that you shouldn't take clen, then take off for a 5 mile run and stuff like that...

    I am starting the INSANITY workout. It's kind of like the p90x but I have heard it is much tougher. It is strictly cardio. With a good diet and all the cardio + clen, I think I will lose weight and tone quickly...

    My question is if I take all my clen in the morning, when is the best time to do this kind of workout? Should I just wait until the afternoon? Can I work out at the same time if I am getting the shakes? I ordered the dvds the other day, so they should be in a couple days, by at least Thursday...

    What do you guys think?

    i personaly like to take my clen first thing in the am all at once...i like the jolt of energy and have always done my cardio soon after....i find sense its a broncill dialator that i can take in more air and cardio dosent seem quite as hard...but thats just me....you need to experiment and see what works best for you....

    take it for a few days before you start instanity. See how your body deals with phyical activity while supplementing with clen. Some people it is difficult to run/workout right after taking clen, others^^ have no issue. Just see how your body does with it

    Perfect...I think I will do it first thing in the AM, then workout maybe a couple of hours later...i think the clen will help me get through it more..

    This freaking thing is going to kick my ass. I'm more worried about the workout than I am about the clen! HAHA

    By the way, GO USA! Down 1..Need one goal!

    My girlfriend has the insanity DVD's so i decided to do one with her thinking I was in pretty decent shape.... Idk which one we did but just the warm up was kicing my ass. I got through the whole dvd but it was hard

    You already pick up your Clen? If not, I'd suggest looking into Albuterol insted along with T3. Albuterol has a shorter half life then clen. Clen an intense workouts really stress your heart.

    Yea, I have heard about the warm ups..I heard just doing that is going to hurt. And I'm not in shape at all. But I did the same thing with p90x and my body got used to it...I'm nervous as hell about it...hahaha

    haha I will tell you it is tough, just stick to it, im sure you'll see great results.
