Hi im new to this site and found some intresting facts about people who building up bodymass

Im a 18 year old boy, weighing 76 pounds and started training 3 months ago.

My strength has gone up considerably and i cant see any changed happening to my body, i want to get a bit bigger and more defined within next 3-4 months.

If anyone could give me advice or want to know anything
