Take 8oz chicken breast or any size for that matter, and grill it up with your favorite seasoning. Now satay onion, green peppers, and (mushrooms if u would like) in aluminum foil, with light butter on them, and grill them also. Right after the chicken is done put 2 slices of Fat Free swiss cheese and let it melt on the chicken. After that put on the satay onion peppers and mushrooms.
By the end you should have around 46g pro / 0g carb (if no mushorroms are used) / 8g fat
