Need answers, Arimidex & Aromasin questions

Hello, I will do a cycle like this:

1 - 10 Teste 400-500mg EW
6 - 12 Winstrol 50mg ED

Question 1:
I DONT want to bloat. If my body stars drawing water, how much Arimidex og Aromasin should I use to keep the bloat away??

Question 2:
When I take the last injection with Test e, I have two more weeks with Winstrol, should I start PCT after the last Winstrol tablet?

My PCT consist of 20mg Nolvadex ED for 4 weeks

Well, I bought Arimidex for the whole cycle, will take 0.25mg ED througout cycle. Sounds good?

Yes start your pct day after last winny tablet
Personally id add clomid aswell to your pct looking like this :
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

PCT, the source to many discussions.

It seems that americans vs Europeans have a different view on the PCT. Many argue that 10mg Nolva is enough for PCT, some would run 40/40/20/20 nolva and 100/80/40/40 clomid. Me personally, I dont know. I dont think there has been some proven research on the subject for men, except some out of the labs test? So the PCT is allways a big question

But here's my reason; If I have Ari in the cycle @ .25mg EOD/ED I will hold the estrogen at a lower level, right? It will also provide more free test in the body (some argue)? Some say that the effect of 20 or 40mg nolva is the same. The body's receptors can only take up so much? Well, I dont really know . But I think that the more you cycle and the older you are, a heavier PCT is necessary to get own production running again. Since I havent cycled for about 9 - 10 years, I also figured a 20/20/20/20 nolva would be sufficient???

If it give you anything at all I also thought clomid and nolva are more or less the same. However, the nolva har fewer side effects than the clomid. I am SOOOOOO confused hehe

Greath thread dude. I have 20mg ED Nolva for my PCT for 4 weeks. Now, when it's no evidence that 40mg is better or works better than 20, why would some argue that 20mg ED for 4 weeks is to little? What does the high doses of clomid do for you?

Coming into pct you want to get your natural levels back asap so while 20mgs ed will work the kickstart of 40mgs ed for the first week will assist in getting it there that bit quicker .

Well, I have ordered Clomida as well going on 50mg ED for 4 weeks along with the 20mg ED nolva. Should be enough? Clomid makes me somewhat premestrual, so I rather have the doses to a sensible level
