    Question Questions on Nebido HRT????

    I just started the Nebido HRT....was wondering if HCG/Arimidex is needed? I have been on HRT for several years struggling with the right balance.....finally started working a job overseas...in a country where Nebido is legal! My semen quantities seems low and I have week ejaculation.....nothing to do with Nebido...was like this before I started. Any suggestions or protocol out there? Any advice is appreciated with this new replacement therapy. Thanks
