Help with nolva intake please !!!!!

hello bros just had a question i started to feel itchy nipples so i am going to start my nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20/20/ ed for seven days as quoted by warmachine but do i take 2 tabs at once or one tab then a few hours later another tab and also should i take it with food.are they hard on the stomach....

i am and have had puffy nips so i take 10mg of nolva a day to combat they gyno as i am w/o adex


do you have lumps behind the nipple? IF not i would say go with a low dose of nolva and increase til the puffyness dissapates and then go with it every other day

dont just stop it because it will probably come around again

yes still on cycle 3rd week in test-e and lumps like what i'm tryin to feels and like what you mean i'm a bigger guy so its hard to tell and for ten mg of it do i cut the pill in half

i would try to get some adex if i were you but take the nolva first. Try 10 first and then if it hasnt helped a bit wit the puffness go to 20 ed. But i like to start low, no point in taking to much if its not going to be anymore effective. Once i beat mine back down, i just take 10 eod
