    Supps on cycle question

    I just started a cycle and was curious about what supps to take during cycle. I am currently taking the following.....

    GNC Sport multi vitamin
    b-12 sub lingual
    b-complex
    calcium
    iso-pure protein - 2 scoops post work out on lifting days and 2 scoops in the afternoon on off days
    xtend - 6 scoops on work out days, 2 scoops pre, 3 during 1 post
    jack3d - 3 scoops pre (I know its a waste since i'm on aas but I had it left over from before I started so I figured i'd use it up).

    Was thinking about changing up the protein to hydro-whey when I run out, I was taking muscle techs nitro-tech but wanted just a good pure protein without all the extra crap that the nitro-tech has.

    creatine, BCAA's, maybe a multi-vitamin is all you need.

    The sooner people stop wasting money on worthless supss and start spending that money on food, the quicker you will see results.

    Thanks for the reply. I am taking the b12, b complex and calcium because of my gastric bypass surgery. But since I am eating alot more now I am planning to cut them off. So really i'm just going to be taking a multi, bcaa (using xtend since it has all the amino acids and a good amount of glutamine) and protein. I usually take creatine mono, i'm just off it for a few weeks.

    its ok to take creatine on cycle?? and why is it a waste to take jack3d on cycle (serious questions)??

    Wouldn't see why it wouldn't be ok to take creatine on cycle. I was taking it for a few months and like to take a while off that's why I stopped. And as for the jack, I guess its not really a waste to take it on cycle but i'm getting a fairly good kick from the dbol without the jitters and insomnia that I get off most of the NO stuff from GNC. I do like the jack though dont get me wrong, Ive used a bunch of different pre workout boosters and jack is by far the best one.

    haha i guess im just dumb. ima add it to my cycle and see if i can get some better gains
