I just started a cycle and was curious about what supps to take during cycle. I am currently taking the following.....
GNC Sport multi vitamin
b-12 sub lingual
b-complex
calcium
iso-pure protein - 2 scoops post work out on lifting days and 2 scoops in the afternoon on off days
xtend - 6 scoops on work out days, 2 scoops pre, 3 during 1 post
jack3d - 3 scoops pre (I know its a waste since i'm on aas but I had it left over from before I started so I figured i'd use it up).
Was thinking about changing up the protein to hydro-whey when I run out, I was taking muscle techs nitro-tech but wanted just a good pure protein without all the extra crap that the nitro-tech has.
