    Question tren/test cycle for sprinting

    hi guys, i am about to start my first cyle of tren and test E. unfortunatly this has come to a holt as i have been told that my dosages are too high for aims. i was going to run tren 75mg EOD and test 250mg/week, both for 8 weeks. my aims were to improve strength and coupled with my sprint training program i was hoping to develop some real speed gains.. my source has told me these are very high dosages for a sprinter is this correct?

    any other advise about correct dosages or alters to my cycle would be greatly appreciated.

    just to add i am not a sprinter i am a rugby player wishing to develop my career by increasing my overall sprint speed.

    during my test en and tren en cycle, my cardio was shot. it was brutal just to get thru one heavy set of squats. don't know much about what's the recommended doses for a sprinter. why tren?

    alot of research that i have done, especially on forums has shown that more people dont have stamina issues in comparison to those who do. (what were ur dosages) also that is most likely on bodybuilding dosages i believe....
    ive chosen to use tren as the strength gains are really good and test so i can keep shagging as well as the size gains i will notice. i know that speed and size dont go hand in hand but im a rugby player not a sprinter lol. i though about winny but got worried about my joints and deca was in my system too long..

    any info on dosages would help

    also i chose tren over test as there are minimal water gains with tren

    this idea is bad man specialy if its your first cycle,ill just leave it at that....do some resurch man your cardio will most definitly be shot and the sides from tren will leave your dick shot to say the least....if you do do tren then test is a must with it.... but like i said bad idea....others with more time may chime in and explain why....

    i am stacking tren with test E 250mg/week as i assumed this would stop me shutting down?
    from the research i have done people are raving about test tren cyles as the strength gains are meant to incredible with not alot of water build up?

    as i have my diet, training and gear sorted i really need some advise on how to alter this.

    sort it out, youve gotta do tren & test! say goodbye to your natural test levels whilse on the tren then

    but i thought stacking the tren with my test E will sort my test levels out. as i stated this is my first time and need help as well as advise.
    if tren is bad first cycle i can leave it on my shelf until my second cycle...... and go test only, i just read that tren and test go well together with a good PCT after.

    Yea from what Iv read and from friends who have used tren is that their cardio sucks. A couple of my friends used tren during football season and they said it was bad. I would prob just got with 500mg of test e for 12 weeks. If you eat clean you can keep alot of the water retention down.

    well i think that sounds like a great idea. im going to go test E for 12 weeks but at 250mg/week and maybe increase the dosage slightly later on in the cycle. thankyou for you patience with me people.... is this an ok dose or not enough?
    would clomid for 3 weeks straight after be a good PCT or do i not need one with this dosage?

    any sprinters out their with any advise to help me also..

    250mg a week isn't going to do anything for you. Your natural test production is already around that and once you add aas it will shut it down. So basically you will just be replacing your test. 500mg a week for 12 weeks is a good starting point. Split your injections into twice a week also.

    In regards to your pct you should run clomid at 100/50/50/50 and nolva at 40/20/20/20 starting 2 weeks after your last injection.

    i am 22, 6ft, 90kg, i bench 100kg for 1 rep and squat 140kg for 2. i run the 100m in around 11.5 which used to closer to 11 dead as a teen.
    my aim is to one day get sub 11 over the 100m and hope this cycle will get me.

    i will go up to 500mg then and run the PCT stated above... thanks alot guys.
    i did read tho that an athletes dosages dont need to be a high as the dosages you read on forums such as these, as developing quality muscle and not needing to to put on too much extra mass is more the requirements of a sprinter...
