UK USERS! Quick answer required please...

Hi,

I am now through my 3rd week of Clen (Amongst others). I am trying to find out if the UK antihistamine such as cetirizine, is good enough to upregulate my receptors please??? My BBT has started to drop so think I need it, and quickly!

If not, then what can I buy in the UK that will do the job please?

ketotifen or benadryl will do the job.

Ketotifen will i personally wouldnt bother with benadryl some benadryl may work in other countries as there contents are different from the benadryl we get over here.

So am I OK to find something like clarytin eye drops with ket in it and put a few drops in my eyes to up regulate my receptors???
