body fat: 16.5%
Height:5'6
weight: 156 pounds
lifting exp: I know my way around the gym. (Im currently doing p90x)
What im trying to accomplish: A good slim body.
So my plan was to take albut like a prework thing. 6mgs for six weeks 1-2 hours before my workout. Which, btw, p90x is great at getting you ripped, this is my third time doing it. I'll post my diet below. please help me where you can thanks
