Well it has been a long time, for me almost 3 yrs to this date,
well i was sidelined with 2 knee surgery, which kept me from the gym for about 2 yrs, then my girl was in a car accident, so i gave up on the training,
well sad news i gained a shit load of weight from 200 to 240 36.6 bf
but i had my gyno surgery lol,
so know i am going back to the gym im 34 now and i feel like shit, and
and out of shape at time i wish i never gave up and at time's i did,
but now i feel that i need to get my ass back in gear, and get back to the way i want to look, 190 with 10% BF that is my goal,
but for now i will be on a very light cycle
Var 60mgs for 12 weeks
Clen 8 to 10 weeks with Ben 1 week on 1 week off,
i will be using Dave Palumbo Keto Diet with 1500 to 900 in calories
I have my father inlaw who is a pro builder who will be working out with me, or i should say i would be working out with him lol for an 70yr he is still
buff as a shit brick house, normaly i train with my wife but she took a break from the gym due to her back, she was built like a shit brick house
she did a nice cycle of Tren test and EQ and Wini
That's it, now most but would say waste of money u dont need that
and i thank u but for right now to get my knee back the way it was var will help, and then down the road once i lose 60 pounds i might go on a nice cycle
