Been lurking around this site for a while now reading and learning.It almost seems you don't have to ask any questions,cause everything is already posted..lol But what the h#!!.....Finely joined.. Been training harder and harder every year! (5 years) Workout looks like, 5-6 days a week,on different body parts,with abs three days a week. And now that its not so cold will start running outside again.. 6 foot ,201 and bf at 14% looking to get bf% down 12%or maybe even 10% if possible....
