I am currently running test e at 750 a week and next week is week 7( test is real it was source checked). Before i started i was 230 now im 242. I see some weight gains but barely strength.
I have run a sust cycle before at 500mg a week from a very trusted source that i source checked from vets on this board. The sust didnt work.
Traing is good 2 days on 1 day off.

4000-4500 cals a day all clean cal. All whole wheat pasta, brown rice, plain chicken, tuna, beef...
Example breakfast:
8eggwhites 2whole eggs
2 slices of whole wheat toast
1 cup oatmeal
Fat free milk
Protien shake while making breakfast
Whats the deal guys is my gear underdosed or do i just need more test? I source checked it by 8 vets on this board and said it was legit. Im getting frustrated cause i feel i do everything by the book but all my dumb friends juice and dont eat right and they blow up and get so strong and i feel none of that and im using the same stuff.
