I don't think it is a big deal to ask about pct chems, most people here would just say ar-r, because they are legit, lots of scammers out there.

The reason liquid is so easily accessible is simply because... UGLs, research chems mostly come in liquid unless they order pills outside the country. To get the pill form you would need an outside source outside of the country. So basically asking for a source to go to.
