when to start PCT?...... Help Please

I just recieved me gear and my cycle consists of running 500mg Test E wk1-12 and Dbol at 30mg ED wk1-4. I have nolva and proviron to run but was just wanting some advice on when to start them? Thanks

QI was going to run the nolva for about 4 weeks and run the proviron for about 3 weeks, is that about the right amount of time? I had a buddy of mine run this same cycle and had great results but he ran his Nolva at 10mg ED wk6-9 and then ran his proviron at 25mg ED wk3-5.

I dont think you should use Proviron for your first PCT, it can hinder HPTA restoration.

Tamox 20mg/ED for 6 weeks will suffice. But I like to add Tore or Clomid too.

go with the liquid clomid and nolva for your first pct.
