This my be a retarded and obvious question but I just wanted to see what the experienced guys have to say about this.
It is hard for me to eat 1/2 cup of cooked Quinoa, if I do I am full for hours upon hours.
What I want to know is is it ok to throw dry Quinoa in a glass of water and drink it? Will I still get all the same nutrients, carbs and protein from it?
I tried an 1/8 of a cup this morning mixed with water and drank it uncooked and I feel I could take in alot more this way without filling myself up.
