    Need help with PCT diet.

    Hey guys,

    I am about to finish my 3 week m-drol cycle.
    I plan on running 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off of clen. During my off week, I am running ECA stack.

    The clen and ECA will be ran during PCT. I need help
    with diet, if I am trying to cut during PCT, should I eat like I was during cycle to retain as much muscle as possible, or eat like I am cutting.

    Ultimate goal is to keep my gains and get rid of excess fat.

    During my bulk cycle. I am eating however much I can. Thats the best way I can describe it.
    Alot of it consists of high calorie meals, lots of protein. I have to admit, its not clean. I would say roughly 2500 to 2800 calories daily.

    Sample day:
    1 cup oatmeal with 2% milk

    2 pieces of chicken breast with olive oil (60g protein)
    1 piece wheat bread

    40g whey in water

    3 pieces of wheat bread with tuna and mayo

    preworkout meal: flaxseed + oatmeal cereal in 2% milk

    postworkout: 60g whey

    About 25g of casein (cottage cheese before bed)

    Between the meals I am snacking with whatever I can get my hands on ( nuts, granola bars etc)

    I eat atleast one small fast food meal a day to boost calories.

    Stats are:
    5'5
    150lb
    10% bf (roughly, not exact)

    yeah ur diet needs some help....Definitely no more fast food....

    fill out the info in this type of format so ppl here can better help u. Make sure u fill out all the info. You can get ur macros from the food labels directly or u can use fitday.com or nutritiondata.com. Just move ur workout to wutever time u do it...
