OK, you're 9% BF and have what some might consider the dream package for an HRT program, and your complaint is ... LOL ?? Is everything you're doing with a doctor script?

You didn't mention anything on BW. Anything out of whack with your lab results? Also, no mention of AI, but with everything you got I presume you've got your E2 under control.

If everything is dialed in OK, then it's probably a matter of the diet, and checking your routine with the workouts. Maybe take a full inventory of your calories, including carb/fat/protein intake, then it may need tweaked. Let me know your thoughts.

My god man!!! 250 Test, 200 Deca, 50 mg a day of Anavar, and HGH to boot; and your saying you can't make any gains? Your on a permanent cycle. If you can't make gains on this, I don't think adding anything to the mix will help. What is your total Test level?

Just to chime in, I give another vote on DIET.

    Calories are too low.

    How's bloodwork by the way?

235 lbs. and eating 2500 calories day, plus 6 hours of cardio a week in addition to lifting weights = not able to gain weight/possible over-training (like you said).

A lot depends on your metabolism and your BMR. At your bodyfat, I'm sure you want to stay at 9% and do a clean, slow bulk, so you can maintain that bodyfat percentage.

When I'm bulking, I cut the cardio down to low/moderate intensity (usually walking at a fast pace) and up my cals a bit. I don't want to tell you how much, because everybody is different and I don't know your body as well as you do.

You could try smaller steps first and see if it helps in putting on some lean muslce slowly. Maybe cut the cardio back a bit or keep the cardio up and up the cals.

I'm no expert, but going to chime in with "diet" too. 2500 is too low for ME and I'm half your size dripping wet.

6'4", 235 lbs, 9% bf .. That sounds impressive to me already. I would love to see a picture of this.

I've got a buddy right about your size and BF% too. He's hitting 4000 calories right now and training pretty intense. Jump your calories up, and make sure you get LOTS of protein. Check with some of the gurus in the diet section, but something in the range of 350g of protein might be what you're looking to achieve.

If you don't mind me asking, what were your stats before starting this TRT protocol?

Pretty impressive man. If I could run that I would. I would love to have HGH on my protocol.
