SSRI's and SERM's...

As far as i can tell ssri's (prozac) cannot be run alongside SERM's (Tamoxifen) due to them both competing for the same enzyme. This could be wrong though.

My question is what would someone who takes ssri's use as an anti estrogen on cycle and in pct?? Is there an alternative?
