    Test/Mast/Proviron cycle and cardio

    I'm in week 3 of the following 10 week cycle -
    500mg/wk test e
    400mg/wk masteron e
    25mg/day proviron
    .25mg adex when necessary

    I've gained 9 pounds and am very happy with the results so far. The only thing I've noticed is my cardio is freaking horrible now. I'm a mma fighter, avid mountain biker, runner, etc etc. I'm 6.1" 200ish. My cardio has always been great, it takes a whole lot for me to break a sweat in the gym. Well, for the past week or so I'm sweating after my first set. I took my mountain bike out to some trails this past week and I was pretty spent after a mile or so. Normally I'm good to go for at least 10-15 miles. Also, I've noticed my heart races and pounds for hours after exercise. It takes forever to calm down and relax. I also feel extremely cloudy/lethargic and unmotivated. The lethargic feeling happened to me on the last couple of test cycles but this is worse. Also, to give you an idea of how bad my cardio is at the moment, I am slightly out of breath just from walking up the stairs to my hotel room. 1 flight of stairs! No sims and low sodium diet. WTF? I don't see any water weight so I doubt that's the issue. Thanks!

    You didn't put 9 lbs of muscle on in 3 weeks. Some of that is water. When you go off cycle you will lose the added water weight and cardio will improve somewhat. When Im on cycle, I get winded very easy. Keep adex in at .25mg EOD and that will help stop some of the conversion of test to estrogen keeping water weight down.

    It will be hard to keep your gains with all of the cardio.

    I know I didn't put 9 pounds of muscle on, there definitely has to be some water weight in there. Normally water weight is very visible on me but I don't see it yet. I did adex earlier and have pretty much done it every other day throughout the cycle now. I'll make sure I do it every other day no matter what.
