you could always take a nap. but like rickson said 7 hours is plenty.
yea, we are just throwing out some ideas.
When i am cycling i always have to takes naps between my job and lifting.

Seven hours of sleep is plenty for recovery. That should be no problem. Hell I wish I slept that much every night but then I wouldn't be on this board at 1:00 in the morning.
And regarding the thread... as previously stated, 7 hours ONE day a week and 8-9 hours every other night... no reason to be concerned!
