spacing injections

I'm running sus at 500mg a week and i was wondering how many days should i space my injection in the week : lets say 250mg on sunday and 250 on wedsday would that work? or just taking 500mg just on sunday....any advice would be great thanks

for steady blood levels its best to shoot eod but every 3rd day is next if you dont want to shoot eod, l started sust eod and am now running it at every third day and l have had no probs. but so you know, it is recomended by the
guys that know whats goin on hear to shoot sust eod to take advantage of the short esters and keep blood levels stable.
