    Before & After Picture Transformation

Hello eveyone, new to the forums but here are my before and after pictures. Transformation took about 6 months; been working out for about 3 years, but it was only after a complete change to my diet and training regime that I finally started seeing results. I also credit my progress by switching to "Crossfit", which is a strength and conditioning program that uses powerliftng, Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight excercises, kettlebells, sprinting, and gymnastics. I highly recommend Crossfit to anyone who wants to great overall fitness and lose fat. I also lost much of my 'sticky fat' by doing early morning cardio on an empty stomach and then waiting an additional 2 hours before eating breakfast; its hard work but it does wonders!

Great job! Do you know your original and current bodyfat %? I'm interested to know how much you lost in 6 months. Also, was your original weight, and what is it now?
