just got a bottle of letro from AR-R how am i soppuse to take it???

Not sure I completely understand your question. It is for oral administartion. An oral syringe was provided with your order, yes? What are you using the letro for?

yea it came with an oral syringe, it just looked like a needle should be screwed on to it....but cool im taking it foe gyno reversal. and when during the day should i take it, and what amouts do i taper up with?

I would say it doesn't matter what time of day for administration. I used letro for a short amount of time and didn't notice any immediate benefits or drawbacks to taking it at any particular time of day. It has a half life of about 2 days.
