    Another "New Old" guy

    whats up, guys.

50 yrs (next week), 5'10", 210 lbs, 15% BF, still natural

I've "Lifted Weights" most of my life, and started body building for last year or two. Finally started eating and sleeping, like I was lifting, and after 30 years, have started putting on muscle mass.

Ive lurked here for a little while, and found answers to questions I haven't found on other boards. Have also read the FAQs here, and know what questions NOT to ask <wink>

While I'm still not convinced I'm ready to do a cycle, I'm figuring that by the time I am, I'll know enough to start asking the right questions. Cheers.

welcome mate, you have some good stats to start with and a good bodyfat.

Luckily you are sensible enought by now to know how important diet is and rest. Your first cycle should be some thing like Test-E as it is a good first cycle and the test would be the best thing at your age to use IMO.

Good luck on your quest mate and I will keep checking your posts to see your progress.

I used to thinks 50 was old, not so sure now.
I have waged war on age.

    I'm 50, not OLD :p

Yeah, Im sure I'll be spending some time in the over 40 section, but i sure as hell dont feel old. Ive put on more muscle in last year than I did the previous 30, so Im guessing I still got the juice flowing. Dont see an immediate need for HRT... but may get the "home kit" some day
