    How should I stack Winstrol and Clen?

    You should not stack winstrol with clen unless test is your base compound, but first... what are your stats?

    Stats;

    5'7" was 228lbs and now 195lbs...I'm trying to get down to 180 at the most. It has been 3 months now and my body refuses to get rid of anymore weight.

    I lift at least 5x/wk and cardio at least 4x/wk30 to 40 min sessions. Watching my heart rate. Abs 3 to 4x/wk

    Diet;
    I eat at least 5 to 7 super small meals.
    High protein Low carbs. i'm gonna say 80/20.
    Protein shake 2x a day
    Chicken, Fish, some turkey, eggs
    Brown rice(rarely), Broccoli, Some beans, bok choy (rarely)

    plain almonds, plain rice cakes, Some yogurt, banana(rarely), oranges.

    Can I use Winstrol, Clen and Sustanon? If I can how do I cycle.

    Example,
    250mg 2x/wk
    Clen cycle basically how you said to do it
    Winstrol, no more than 50mg ed for 6 to 8 wks

    your knowledge on aas is lacking.. do not USE ANY EXOGENOUS HORMONES until you have fully researched every aspect of your proposed cycle..

    You can use clen with winny, but I am guessing this is your first cycle. And as such you should not be using winny. Read up on the stickies and the "first cycle" threads to get a better understanding of what you should be doing... then come back with more specific questions.

    Also please post your diet so we can see where you are lacking if at all. I am betting extra lbs can be shed just by fixing your diet and improving your cardio/workout.
