    Thoughts on clen!!

    I would like to get some experienced opinions on clenbuteral specifically how to run it. I have heard people say benadryl will allow you to keep running clen while some people say it doesn't work you need ketofin and some other people say 2wks on 2wks off?

    I am running clen and getting great results actually I could never run the stuff before cause of the muscle cramps but this time I'm OK for whatever reason. I am just curious how you guys have had success with this.


    I was thinking about doing 2wks on ramping up to 100mcg then take 1 wk off and running benadryl at bedtime the whole wk then starting over would that do the trick? Or would it be better to just stay off for two wks?

    I just got off clen due to bad muscle cramps. Besides the cramps, the stuff works wonders. I would still with 2 weeks on / off.

    yah, 2 weeks rotation seems to work well although by the start of the 2nd week of the 2nd cycle (week 6) I feel less results than the first time around. Ive run it up to 120/day and only had one episoe of bad cramps but it made my calf tense up so bad it almost touched the back of my hamstring. TAURINE

    I dont like Clen personally reasn makes me soooo tired and i cant do cardio. I like my t3 but ppl say it make u loose muscles.

    I've used ephedrine and clen a lot.

    They both have their perks, I find that:

    Ephedrine: Tons more energy, able to lift more.
    Clen: Better and noticeable fat loss then Eph, but no energy gain and doesn't really help with lifts and can leave you feeling tired.

    I used to always get cramps with clen, but then I started taking a good powerful multivitamin, and they went away.

    I ran out of multivitamin about 5 days ago, 2 days after that I got the cramps again. Just bought the multi-V again, and the cramps are gone. This is all at 120MCG e/d of clen.

    I like clen, ephedrine, and albuterol. Great fat burning products. For cramps take 3-5g of taurine.

    Sooo, I guess the majority is just do 2wks on 2wks off with the clen? I feel fine on it just some cramps in the past not much this time so im good there I am just more curious who stays on clen all the time and uses benadryl to downregulate the receptors and if they feel it works?

    I ran it like this and had really good results:

    2 weeks on, 1 week off with ketotifen. At the end of 2 weeks I was at 200mcg. After a week of keto at 1mg/day, I started again at 20mcg. and I was shaking like a leaf.

    I have never tried benadryl, so I can't compare the 2, but keto definitely works well.

    Yeah it was.....doesn't even taste that bad.
