Hi all! Im the new dude..literally.. Not new to the gym or working hard but new to the idea of "enhancement"...
I have a few questions and Im going to try and keep it short and sweet because I tend to ramble a bit.
But first Id like to let you all know a bit about myself. Ive recently been invited to train at one of the best gyms in the world. Ive been here about 3 weeks and have been seeing nice gains. BUT! This is far from my home and I wont be able stay longer than 3 or 4 months.. SO.. I want to MAXIMIZE my gains.
I have gotten my hands on 6 weeks of anavar.. Please...before you start bashing my head in know that I am here for help/advice/constructive criticism.. not to be told im a stupid noob.I know there are a ton of people on this site that have great knowledge and a vast amount of experience on the subject and I hope to become your disciple and learn as much as I can and reach my max potential
Ive done my research and my conclusion is that it is the least harmful but for some reason most hated on...Also know that I am FAR from my home and this is the ONLY thing I can get...So have a bit of compassion and work with the New Dude..
Here are my questions
1. Ive heard mixed reviews on needing PCT with anavar. I am currently taking Methyl Arimatest.. You can buy this at GNC..probably isnt worth a damn but has a nice psychological effect for me..Any information I can get about PCT would be greatly appreciated.
2. Is 6 weeks enough? A few of my friends from back at my home gym have seen great results and swear by it alone..But the more I read on the forums the more I see people disagreeing with what my buddies are telling me. PLEASE understand that I know im better off sticking some of the "good sh1t" in my bum but I cant get that... So anavar is what I have to work with
3. I eat very healthy but I find that I lack the discipline to eat HUGE amounts..Any advice or tricks would be great.
Edit: This may help. Ive been training for 2 years and now train 5 days a week with S/C coaches. My eating is healthy but probably should eat more.
I am 22y/o 6'2, 180 pnds, 15 bf
Hope I havnt talked your ears off and that Im greeted with warmth and understanding..I look forward to learning and reaching my goals
The New Dude signing out.....
