I have been running a pretty strict diet since middle of february, mostly CKD towards then end I ran a modified V-Diet. Anyways, I dropped down from 205 to a pretty shredded 176. I kept most of my muscle and burned a lot of fat.
Haha, so what happened was these past 2 weeks I just came off my V-Diet, And I have been SUPER hungry, constantly hungry all day long. Seems like my stomach is a bottomless pit. I have been eating pretty clean foods just a LOT more than usual. Now I weigh 195 and I look like shit. Retaining a shit load of water. Almost cant even see my top 2 abs now. Before when I was 176 I had a full six pack with veins running through my stomach. Now I look like a total fat ass in just under 2 weeks. According to the scales I gained 19 lbs in like 12 days?! Is this even possible? I feel like shit...
Not even on cycle. Just my usual TRT dose
