Can upping water intake contribute to lowering your BF%
And also Ive heard that the more water you drink on a cycle can actually lower water retention ar bloating??

increaing water intake will increase urine output and can help mitigate water retention.
Probably won't help much with reducing BF%...but water is very important!
Well.... if you drink water and cut out the gatorade, coke or juice..... then yeah, water will lower your bf%
