I am 37 years old, pretty lean. 6' 172 pounds. Been working out for about 6 months solid. I am looking to start a M1t cycle for 30 days possibly. 10 mg the first week and 20 mg for the last 3 weeks. I am looking to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle. I have read many posts on M1t but most are over 2 years old. What do I need to take to hold the gains after the cycle and when do I take it? Also Should I take anything during the cycle? I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. Any feedback would be helpful.
