So I was going to change my diet to the better way. I usually eated like this:
3 warm meals/day, myesli and coffee in the mornings, snacks I take usually cottage cheese or protein shake, sometimes an apple or banana. Basic foods during daytime, in the evening I usually eat omelette or chicken wings.
Now I've tried to eat atleast 5 times a day, eating more protein every time, so it makes eating every 3 hours. Morning meals has been allways bad for me because I'm not so hungry in the mornings.
My stats are: 5'7,5, 185lbs, bodyfat around 15-18%
So what do you guys think, should I look some more information from here?
