Okay so I was injured back in October while performing a heavy deadlift without a belt. The guy in the rack next to me lost hold of his weight and sent it flying into mine right in that vulnerable position and my spotters couldn't stop it from wrenching my back sideways.

I have been trying to rehab it for months but no longer have the stability in that position to keep an arch and would like to get back to heavy weight soon. Any ideas?

By the way I am 6'5" so the mechanics are a bit different than someone who is 5'9".
