    cycle help???

    hey guys im trying to put a cycle together.
    i thinking of running a cycle something like this..
    wks 1-4 dbol 30-40mg ED
    wks 1-10 test e 700mg injections on monday n thursday

    iv got some deca but im not sure how much to run and for how long? i was wondering if u guys can help. the main reason why i want to run deca is that iv read it helps ur joints as i prone to joint injuries such as tendonitis.

    and nolvadex
    2 weeks after last shot 40/40/20/20

    my stats
    started off at 58kg at 6% bf
    100kg about 13 % bf at the moment
    been lifting for about 5 yrs now full time.
    supplement and nutrition are in check.

    You don't mention what compounds you are planning on using, just the doses¿???????????????????

    It seems like maybe dbol and test e based on doses and injection freq

    Is this your first cycle?
    Age?

    The test seems a bit high of a dose
    And deca generally isn't reccomended for a first cycle
    And pct may want some clomid or tore considering you are planning a high test multi compound cycle
    And definitely have a AI on hand
    But that's just me parroting

    So without more info, that's all the advice u can get

    well about a yr ago...
    i started a dbol test e cycle
    40 mg ed dbol
    and 750mg of test e monday and thursdays
    but unfortuantely had to end it 4 wks into the course due to severe tennis elbow...

    just turned 23 yrs old

    Use proper joint supplementation for joints, not Deca.
    Start at 400-500mg PW. Anything above this is simply not needed for a beginner.
    Run liver support.
    Dbol is notorious on BP, monitor this well.
    Keep an AI or Anti-E on hand as stated above.

    yeh i use fish oil and glucosamine tablets on a daily basis...
    yeh iv already got liver support stuff.
    yeh i know bp sometimes goes through the roof i notied it in my previous cycle that i stated above..

    my pct is goin to b nolvadex 40/40/20/20

    because i live in australia alot of the stuff is hard to get... so for AI if needed i was thinking of using nolvedex or clomid depens on wat i can get... im not gonna b stupid and start a cycle without having everything, because at the end of the day we are playing russian roulette with our body so we have to limit the problems that can occur.

    oh lots of people live in australia. You just need to know the right people/doctors. Its just more expensive here.

    Good to see youre planning ahead and good luck. PS how long did it take to 100kgs? 5 years? I started at 50kgs (5'6") - hardgainer - and its taken me 10 years. Nice work if you did it in 5.. *walks off jealously* (oh.. and im now only 80..90 atm (5 weeks into 1st cycle)

    ^^^ re 90kgs atm (obv some water retention in there, eating like a mad man so body fat would have increased a touch but increasing cardio (started with around 12% bf)

    yeh roughly about 5 yrs i was 58kg at 6'0' so yeh.. i dedicated alot of time to training failed alot of uni 2 cause i lived at the gym... haha but worth it at the end...

    just tryin to get this cycle together... iv got some sources but its hard to get good stuff without getting ripped..

    i want to get to about 110-115kg ripped in the next couple of years i think it can b obtained just gotta keep on training hard and eating rite..
