    New Cycle

    Hi just had a few questions regarding a new combination im going on.

    I want to mix Anavar, with Winnys and T-3 for a cutting cycle.

    What would be the proper dosage to start on...im 170 5'9 and trying to get toned up with minor gains...i dont want to get all "puffy" looking so to speak.
    more or less shredded.

    Any advice would be great.

    So not only do you not want to run test with your cycle (which is always advised), but you want to run T3 which can catabolise muscle. Might want to rethink this cycle.

    my bf% is around 20%

    I was wondering about his...i was orignally gonna take clen with a very lean diet and from what i know it generally isnt cataoblic, if you take it in smaller doses. But a friend of mine said that T-3s is what i should be taking.

    So thats kinda why im really here. I have done cycles with Anavars and whinnys before with good results but i have gain a lot of weight in the last 2 years with a new job and have gotten fat

    please dont get offended but 5'9 at 170 is kinda small to start off then put in the fact that its a 20% bf. You really dont need aas at this point you need to get your training and diet on par first.

    I used to do muai thai at a competitive level @ 150lbs and im starting re-training for this winter. I used to do anavar/whinny cycle in the summers as most of my competitive fights are during the winters.

    I used to eat a ton of food, fiber based veg, a lot of seafood, complex carbs, with whey protiens soy based protiens and whole grains to balence the cycle i was doing. I baseed my meals around 2 hour intervals. I may be way off key here but i found i got massive strenght gains with lower bf% and i didnt gain much weight at all.

    This is what im trying to gear back towards. I have started getting myself on the diet and been working out w/ cardio 5 days a week.

    Now i have heard that Clen works best with a very lean diet and will conflict with the regiment i have right now. But i have never done T-3's before.

    MY Current Routine is as such:

    Weight Lifting Monday to Thursday

    2 Muscle groups per day with 4 exercies per muscle group 3 sets of 10
    followed by Cardio

    I also try to get a run in the mornings but that doesnt always happen.

    Currently i have a very lean diet but I know when i use var/Win that i need to increase my diet (more frequent meals higher calories etc. around 2600 calories per day when i go on my cycle)

    I consume about 160-200g of protein a day spread out in 40g portions, with 40g portion of complex carbs.

    I have been going to the gym regularly and proper diet for the last month.

    Before when i took my cycle i did a 6 week Cycle @ 40mg of each per day totaling to a 80mg oral consumption, which i have been told with proper liver care will not do any permanent damage (Milk Thistle, Vitimin supplements).

    The last time i did it i used nova for PCT, followed with blood work after my PCT.

    Now, I'm not looking to get flamed on because i know i probably didnt do everything im suppose to what im wondering is will this cycle work with Clen to get my bf% down while still increasing strength gains.
