    First cycle.

I'm starting my first course in two weeks time and I have done plenty of research. I came up with:

    500mg a week of equipoise, weeks 1-12
    400mg a week of sustanon, weeks 1-8
With Nolvadex always on hand and to be used three weeks post cycle for pct.

Is this any good? Any feedback would be helpful.

Im 6 foot, 190 lbs and have been training for three years with a decent clean diet.

Plenty of reserach huh pct should be
    Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
    Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
    Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
    Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

eq at 12 weeks is a waste and some would say runnign eq at all is a waste how old are you and whats your body fat?

    Im 29 and my b/f is 15%.

I've read many articles stating that there is no need to use nolva during the cycle unless you start to experience gyno. Also, that nolva is far superior to clomid, gram for gram.

Isn't it better to be safe than sorry. Don't want gyno.

Yeah, I do understand that side of the argument. But the general consensus was that it seems a waste of time putting an extra compound in your system that you may not need..

nolva does have side effects which may be very small. Why take extra drugs that arent needed?

Also the cycle really does suck for lots of reasons. I would head back to the drawing board and repost

Had a rethink and have decided to drop the sus and up the eq to:

    600mg/weeks 1-4.
    500mg/weeks 5-12.

Nolva always on hand and to be used for pct three weeks post cycle.

I'm not looking for huge gains this time around, just 10-12lbs of quality lean muscle I have a good chance of keeping.

Are you convinced to have the EQ in your first cycle?

Why not run just the sust at widely recommended 500mg/wk, maybe with a quick oral first few weeks to get your started.

The main reason for my insistance on using eq is the mild side efffects and less chance of gyno. I have read various pieces of literature stating that eq boosts your appetitie through the roof, (and I already have a voracious one!)

You r new cycle is worse than the first. I am not sure where you did your so called research but I am sure it was not on this site. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=355742
Here is a good place to start researching I suggest you actually read this.

By the way if you have a voracious appetite why are you only 190lbs at 6'? That is not very big. Your diet is probably as sh1tty as your planned cycle of eq only. Good luck and do some real research

My metabolism is incredibly fast and I have a very active/manual job. It's damn near impossible for me to get the amount of clean calories I need in my system. I also suffer from ibs and protein shakes wreak havoc with my gut!!

Right, I've taken all the critisism and advice into consideration and went back to the drawing board as suggested.
Now I've read that as a beginner, I could expect gains of 20lbs or so within 2/3 months,(athough this a bit more than I was looking for) at just 250mg/week.
Now, at this low dosage, would I need to run Letro during and then Nolva for pct? Or should I just keep them on hand for treatment if I start to experience gyno symptoms?

listen are you talking 250mgs of test if so thats a little low of a dose but still much better than eq only your gains are gonna be more based on diet and cardio along with the test personally I would up the dose to at least 400 mgs per week
I would not use letro or nolva during cycle unless you develop estrogen related side effects and what letro it can be pretty harsh

I was thinking of doing 250mg/week of sust. Well 75mg/eod. So more like 300mg/week i suppose. Do you suggest upping this to 100mg/eod?

I am trying to take it all on board bud. I realise most people on here have a far more extensive knowledge of aas than myself, that's why I'm asking for advice. I don't wanna jump in head first like so many idiots I've seen before.

You really need to read the educational threads here and learn what you are about to do otherwise you will be wasting your money. You should also learn how to eat right and stop making excuses such as being a "hardgainer." IMO you are not ready for aas but hey do as you please it is your life.

I agree genetics play a big role. Not everyone can pack on pounds as easy as others, especiallly if you have any active job and high metabolism. Check the diet threads for some good pointers.
