    next cycle for the fall

    whats up guys just lookin for some insight on my next cycle.

    stats:

    age - 25
    weight - 215
    height - 5' 10
    training - 8 years 3 years hard now
    previous cycles :

    test c (500/wk)
    test c (600/wk) / winny (50/ed)
    test pp (525/wk) / npp (525/wk) / anavar (100/wk) (NO PROLACTIN ISSUES!!)

    this will be my 4th cycle had amazing results on last cycle i did 525 a week of tpp 525 a week of npp and 100mg of anavar ed SICK. getting a little exotic this time not ready to try tren it will be later this year.

    I just got in 1-test cyp, bold cyp, and test prop this is what i was thinking....i know the shots may be painful but i am brewing my self and will use all EO on the 1-test and the bold cyp

    EOD injects: run 12 - 14 weeks

    150mg test prop
    150mg bold cyp
    150mg 1-test cyp

    HCG - 150iu E3D ( i dont know how much it really help recovery last cycle )

    comes out to be 525 of each a week

    PCT:

    regular clomid nolva

    Clomid - 100/50/50/50
    Nolva - 40/20/20/20

    Diet will look like this thinking of taking it up to 4000 cal cause of the EQ:

    Meal 1:

    1 whole eggs (6g Pro, 5g Fat, 173 Cal) 9 egg whites (36g Pro, 144 Cal), 1/2 cup quick oatmeal (27g Carb, 3g Fat, 5g Pro, 148 Cal), Eggs fried in 1 tbspn of virgin olive oil (14g Fat, 120 Cal)

    Pro: 47g | Carb: 27g | Fat: 22g Total kcal: 585

    Meal 2:

    1.5 cans of tuna in sunflower oil (59g Pro, 18g Fat, 414 Cal), 1/2 cups green beans (5g Carb, 1g Pro, 22 Cal) , tbspn of virgin olive oil (14g Fat, 120 Cal)


    Pro: 60g | Carb: 5g | Fat: 32g Total kcal: 556


    Meal 3:

    10 oz grilled chicken breast (60g Pro, 8g Fat, 320 Cal), 1 cup cooked brown rice (5g Pro, 45g Carb, 2.5g Fat, 216)

    Pro: 65g | Carb: 45g | Fat: 10.5g Total kcal: 536

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Shake (46g Pro, 76g Carb, 16g Fat, 630 Cal)

    Pro: 46g | Carb: 76g | Fat: 16g Total kcal: 630

    Meal 5:
    10 oz chicken breast(60g Pro, 8g Fat, 320 Cal) , 1 cups Veggies (10g Carb, 2g Pro, 44 Cal) , 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (2.5g Pro, 22.5g Carb, 1g Fat, 108 Cal).

    Pro: 64.5g | Carb: 32.5g | Fat: 9g Total kcal: 472

    Meal 6:
    zero carb shake(50g Pro, 1g Fat, 210 Cal)

    Pro: 50g | Carb: 0 | Fat: 1g Total kcal: 210


    Grand total

    Pro: 332.5g | Carb: 185.5g | Fat: 90.5g Total kcal: 2989

    geeez looks like you know your stuff bro are you going to start a log on this cycle because im well intrigued of the outcome. looking at your cal intake it obvious thats a good bulking cycle so what are you aiming for as a goal? some before and after pics would be sick bro!
    im just getting into the homebrew game i just posted a question in the lab section maybe you could take a look at it for me seee if all is good with my math.

    looks well rounded but most will tell you the bold is a waste of time and money. tren could be a worthy alternative?

    I have to agree with this... if you found no prolactin sides in your last cycle, you could turn this into a really potent cycle with the addition of just 350/wk Tren.

    yeah ive read the good and the bad about bold im going to try it out see which side i take, im really just using it for the vascularity, the 1-test is what im really looking at supposedly it is similar to tren with out the sides and with the hardening factor of primo or mast so im gonna run this and save tren for next spring

    i think i will start a log on this when i start just because no one has really put anything out on bold cyp or 1-test i would like to clear up some of the foggy areas around these two compounds and seems like they may work well together

    One question...... do you really need carbs in the post post workout meal? It seems that you already have all the carbs you need in the post workout....

    why?

    my post work out meal is 2 hours after my shake this is the diet that i used to cut this past spring and it worked well so i was going to stick with it, i try and keep my carbs a little high because of my training, ive never done well on low carbs or no carbs diets

    Bold-C at 525mg/wk? that's not worth it. 600 - 800mg/wk minimum.

    Hopefully you aren't brewing the Bold-Cyp @ 150mg/mL because you can go much higher then that without pain... 250mg/mL might be a better option for you...

    Otherwise looks fine. like the 1-Test Cyp... nice addition

    i was 23 when i started i took 10 weeks test cyp at 500mg a week, pct for 4 weeks and 2 months off ( got blood work done and all was back to normal ) , then did another short 10 week cyp with winny for the last 6 weeks ( again blood work ) , i finished my npp/tpp/anavar this past spring and have now been off pct for 2 weeks plan on taking june, july, aug, and half of sept off before starting this next one.

    you advised me not to go over 150? change of heart? i think i can get it at 200mg/ml with 100% EO i was just going to go by your recommendation! also ive read that taking 500 bold cyp is close of equal to taking 600-700 reg eq?

    Ahh! I just checked my PM from you. I was thinking that you were talking about the 1-test cyp... not the bold-cyp. lol. Sorry man, I gotta stop skimming.

    Bold-cyp you can get to hold at 250mg/mL... it's just the 1-Test Cyp that gets awfully painful @ anything > 150mg/mL...

    500mg/wk of bold-cyp = 345mg/wk (minus ester weight)
    500mg/wk of bold-und = 305mg/wk (minus ester weight)

    I would up the bold-cyp to 600 - 800mg/wk.

    Hope that cleared things up for you. Sorry for the confusion bro..

    nice sounds good i will brew the bold at 250 and keep it at EOD, now next question is since that will be around 875 of eq a week, do u think that i should lower my prop down to a 100mg inject eod and let the other compounds do the work? something like this...

    100mg prop EOD = 350/week
    250mg bold EOD = 875/week
    150mg 1-test EOD = 525/week

    I would keep the prop @ 525mg/wk.... lol... I wouldn't rely on EQ to ever "do the work"

    You should make a log. injectable 1-test is quite an exotic addition, I'm sure plenty would like to follow..

    sound good haha i will do a log i will be starting in september mayb 3 weeks into august if my blood work comes back nice thanks for all of your insight man cant wait for the 1-test ill take the pain for the few things ive read on it but still havnt talked to anyone with first hand experience so ill def start a log to let people know on the board
