    Raw vs cooked eggs?

Ok so I'm just sick and tired of cooking eggs every morning I've been eating the same 6 eggs and I'm about to puke if I chew another egg. So I've started drinking 6 eggs and egg whites I don't care about the taste it doesn't even bother me I chug it down in less that 10 secounds and I'm done
than have a cup of oats and an apple and a glass of orange
juice and I'm out the door saves about 20min every morning.
Now i've heard you don't get the same about of protein digested raw vs cooked any truth/ false ???

Apparently has something to do with trypsin inhibitors, not 100% on a solid answer though.

I took this route about 15 years ago and almost died of Salmonella - lost 2 stone in a week and was off work for a month! I think you're okay with the egg whites that come in a carton as they've been nuked; but now I always cook my eggs well - lol!! :-)

Yeah bro dont eat them raw its just a waste and risk. If you dont want to eat them cook of a couple of cartons every night before your going to use them. That way in the morning you can just put them in the blender with some milk, blend, and chug. 2 types of protein in one quick gulp.

You cook the eggs then put them in a blender and drink it?

    Not tried that actually.

I guess if you scarmbled them but left them slightly undercooked that would work.

100% liquid egg whites is the only way to go for me. They come pasteurized and ready to go in the carton. Fill up a big shot glass and you have 30g of protein down in 1 sec with no bad taste. It is 100% safe, quick, and easy. Makes my morning the best meal of the day, blend up 1/2 cup cooked oats, couple dashes of cinnamon, 18 tbsp 100% liquid egg whites (30g protein), and some days a 1/2 banana. Tastes amazing!! Forget boiled eggs or raw, best way to go imo.

I eat raw eggs in the AM and PWO sometimes. 6-7 raw whole eggs (free range/organic) with blended oats and some cinammon. Done.

No gas issues, no bloating, nothing...
