So I'm on PCT after my second cycle, (33,6'4", 242 about 10 or 11%) did prop and a little var.
i have clen, should i run some during pct? will the muscle sparing properties be enough to justify its use, or should i just train and eat big and then in 3-4 weeks when i do my light week (part of my routine) should i use it then?
