Hey there, I made a thread earlier about my extreme swelling.. from what I believe was due to the high BA. well it's barely swollen now, i dont think, still a bit. it's still the same size though, it's just a GIANT rock hard lump now though.

it's day 3-4, im sure it will go down, it usually does. im just trying to figure out whether i could speed up the process with hot or cold?

hot might loosen it up a bit but it just feels odd applying heat to something that is that sensitive and was swollen not that long ago and still shows signs of bits of swelling places.
